With the grandMA2 consoles, the MA NPU (Network Processing Unit) and the digital installation dimmer dimMA MA Lighting offers a fully integrated system that communicates via MA-Net2 (Ethernet). However these components might be also used as powerful stand-alone products each having their own direct DMX output. Next to them, MA Lighting offers a variety of further renown, most reliable products for control, dimming, network and video/media.

Control
With the grandMA, MA Lighting started a new era of highly developed lighting and visual control console platforms. With the introduction of the grandMA2, MA Lighting took the next logical step. Offering vastly more powerful software and hardware, this series is again setting standards for the years to come.
Dimming
Over two decades, MA dimmers have become known for their reliability and functionality. The entire MA range of dimming products are proven “workhorses” for numerous shows and in some of the most important installations worldwide. Whilst the MA touring series dimmers are already milestones in their range, the dimMA system in combination with the grandMA2 is rapidly catching up in popularity. With the idea of networking at the essence of the system, the dimMA series for fixed installations will be equipped with an MA Network Dimmer Processor (NDP) that can send and receive different Ethernet protocols as well as DMX.

Network
Today the installation of complex lighting systems is almost impossible without digital signal processing. With the MA NPU (Network Processing Unit), the MA NSP (Network Signal Processor) and the MA 2Port Nodes, MA Lighting offers comprehensive professional Ethernet technology. MA NPU and MA NSP are the core of the fully integrated MA network system, bridging the differences between today's multiple defacto standards. Furthermore, both combine their processing power in the network, thereby enhancing the overall performance.
Video / Media
With the convergence of video, LED sources and surfaces, digital lighting and all the associated media integration in shows and set-designs, new fields of entertainment technologies have evolved. At the heart of such systems are the grandMA2 range of consoles with their scaleable and flexible control approach. The innovative MA Video Processing Unit (VPU) follows the demands of lighting and visual designers and programmers in bridging lighting and video worlds.
